Basically long story but to cut it short I had this great job in a puib and loved it, but I left as I really didnt get on with one of the bosses (nobody did and alot of people left) i really loved the job and want to go back but im not sure what to do? Do i tell them how much i loved the job etc or just apply and see what they say?

Of course you should try to go back. Talk to the manager that you got along with and maybe a schedule could be set up so that you don't have to work with the mgr. that you don't get along with...if not, then suck it up and take the good with the bad...sounds like you really liked it. Good luck.

I've had numerous friends who went back to an old job. Depending on how long it's been and whether the position is still open (and how you left, of course) - the old company will probably be thrilled to have you back. They don't have the 6-month learning curve with a new employee.

Just be prepared to eat some crow and play nice.

I'd re-apply and put in writing how much you enjoyed the work, and that you really miss it and want to go it again.

Tell them that you rethought your decision to leave and you'd like to come back.
