OOH OOH!!! PICK ME!!! lol.....actually, i currently work at the Disney Store and next fall i am hoping to do the Disney College Program in Disney World!! :)

Are you talking about a actually actor/actress for Disney (as in movies/tv) or are you talking about working at the parks?
I worked at the parks from 99-04 & it sucked. The pay is horrible (starting pay is $6.45 ... that was the starting pay when my friend was hired in 04), but the benefits (insurnace) is great & so are the Disney perks. If you don't mind working in the heat & don't mind working 60+ hours a week during the peak season, then by all means go for it.

But the pay is quite pathetic, I hear. The ones doing OK are characters, taking heat and sweating for about $10/hr
