Maybe I should of had more detail. I do get over time. Which consist of about 10 hours a year. The men in the field around 200 a year. Paying for this overtime is something that just happened by our Board of Directors. This is a local government office. Any advise now.....

I don't really see why you would need a truck, cell phone, uniform, or overtime if you work in the office.

They have to travel for their jobs, keeping in contact with the office, and probably do work that could ruin their clothes. Why wouldn't they get those things? Why the hell would YOU get any of those things?

I think you are entitled to do the work they tell you to do and get paid for it, hon. If you want more, get one of their jobs.
