I dont actually know what it is but I know there is a cheat, you may be able to find it online in a e-book or something, the creator of the rubix cube published the cheat which is why they are no longer as popular because people worked it out. Try google, good luck.
If all else fails just throw the damn thing at the kids and tel them you dont care!!!

I just cheat and take all the cubes off and rearrange them. The middle ones can never move or change, so you have to revolve all the other ones around the center. Pop one block off and the rest will follow...and its so easy to put back together.

Well, I'm 58 and have an IQ of 167, so I'll tell you how I learned to solve mine. I threw the damn thing away!! It relieved just all kinds of frustration.

Yes - do what my nephew did. Take all the stickers off and put them back with the right colors on each side. I thought it was pretty funny!

nope there is no easy way to get rubit cube done the only way is by taking all the pieces and put them in order put that is cheating
