Chances are if Louisville beats Rutgers and wins out, they'll play in the National Championship game. Do you think this is deserving, or should a one loss team like Florida, Auburn, or Texas go instead?

If they deserve it or not that's what we get if they run the table. It gives us another argument against the BCS. Unfortunately, I don't think Rutgers has a chance but I know who I'll be cheering for on Thursday night. If Louisville does run the table they better figure out how to play defense before they play Ohio St or Michigan. It'll end up being a blood bath.

Hook'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheer for Louisville. If the Cardinals and Boise get in, it is going to tutor how unfair and farcical the BCS is, and it may tension the NCAA to undertake a playoff gadget. (the total WAC is hoping Boise gets in. The Fiesta bowl would be properly worth US$9m to the WAC; Boise would get the lion's proportion, $3-4m, however the different communities would get a huge decrease, too. No Fiesta, no fiesta.) this would be exceedingly stable if Louisville complete undefeated (and that comes with prevailing a bowl pastime) at an analogous time as Ohio State and Michigan the two have one loss. certainly one of Michigan and OSU will rather have a loss as quickly as they play. yet OSU performs Northwestern next (who scared Michigan, 17-3), and Michigan performs Indiana who *beat* Iowa (#thirteen on the time). If Ohio State or Michigan lose (or the two!), they'd desire to bypass all out to confirm the different finishes at eleven-a million (or 10-2), at an analogous time as Louisville could climb to twelve-0. this implies Louisville could play Michigan and win (and bypass thirteen-0) yet Ohio State performs a weaker group and wins the national Championship at 12-a million, or maybe eleven-2? How screwy is that? it would be a proper argument for killing off the BCS.

If Louisville wins out how can you not put them there. If they do win out they will have 3 wins over teams in the top 25 when they played them two of them in the top 15. Which is exactly the same number of top 25 wins as the other schools you mentioned above if those teams win out. They will also have a win over the highest ranked team of any of those schools with their win over West Virgina at #3.

So if Louisville wins out they have the credentials to play in the big game. Brohm is the real deal and Mich or OSU are going to have their hands full if it comes down to that. Could be a high scoring shootout of a championship.

No, and if they do, the BCS will probably come to it's end. Who wants to see 12-0 Ohio State play 12-0 Louisville. Tickets to the game would be the cheapest ever to a National Title and the viewers would be nothing compared to other years. Hmm, Ohio State vs. Louisville, or Ohio State vs. Florida. I think I'll take OSU vs. Florida.

Louisville deserves to play in the National Championship game if they finish undefeated. I still wait and see what happens between Michigan and Ohio State.

well the bcs is unfair always and if they stay undefeated they should have a chance due to michigan and ohio state having to play which in retrospective would one a loss allowing the winner of that game to play the other undefeated team

Yes, if Louisville keeps playing like they are, they should have a good chance to play Ohio State (YES, Ohio State).

If they win out they are in, deserving is another situation. It won't be much of a game, if they make it. May set a record for biggest blow-out, in The Big Game (regardless of which Big-Ten team they face).

They barely deserve a shot. They have a two game season. WVU and Miami, the rest of their schedule is a cake walk. Considering that they won the two games impressively it helps.

I wouldn't be too upset if they were passed over. The out of conference scheduling was too soft except for Miami.

Hell no, Let them play in the SEC for a year first, then ask yourself that same question. Any SEC champion deserves to play in the BCS National Championship Game 8 of 10 years. Not a FLORIDA fan, but go Gators.
