Something we say things in a matter of anguish. You know your BF best. Wait for him to apologise, and when he does, you apologise as well.

It really depends on the way you feel about him. If yall are in LUV then just let it go. Some times people say things they dont really mean when they get upset. Im sure you've done it before too. Tell him to appoligize & buy you rozes!

I don't know about dumping. This is like a coin situation ( can go both ways). If you still think about and it hurts leave, but if you feel it was because the intensity of the argurment try and deal.

I am a female who also have a man as my best friend. We've know one another for 16 years and when we get into a heated argument over anything, we both are very tackful towards one another. He hasn't ever called me out of my name. Your friend is very disrespectful and you should tell him about it (very nicely though). Request for an apology also.

Well, unfortunately people "argue" and sometimes we say things we all know we shouldn't. But, once you've said it and it "out there", you can't take it back.
It was pretty mean that your bf called you that, doesn't show much "respect". I'd probably wait to see if he calls and "apologizes" to you. He owes you one!
