... jumping off a building?
In my previous question - a Yahoo Answers member suggested that I jump off a building because of my "cruel intentions".
She didn't give me any specifics like from which floor, a window, or whether I should try the roof.
I'm not good at these kinds of things so I would appreciate your help.

Hmmm.....since you seem to feel compelled to comply with her request, here's what you need to do: Go to wherever you keep your board games. Get a hotel out of Monopoly. Stand on it. Jump....Feel better?..............Uh, and as for she of the hurt feelings who says that YOU have cruel intentions, well, didn't SHE tell you to jump off a building? Wouldn't that hurt? Hmm, that seems kinda cruel to me. Anyway, I'm quite sure you don't really care what she thinks and you're really just hoping she's reading your pithy question and feeling stupid. Well, I'd say....mission accomplished.

Jumping of a building with what aim? And height of what?

You can be of any height to jump. There is no legal minimum height restriction to jump of a building. :)

Regarding height of the building, again there is no restriction.
For negative purposes (breaking limbs, suicide) it also depends what surface makes the landing part. Concrete will cause more damage as will asphalt. Mud, sand, grass will cushion the fall.

Ps. If you have intentions of jumping of a building, please do not. I suggest that you talk to someone if you are facing troubles. Maybe a professional.

Well...

On Scrubs (do you watch Scrubs? Brilliant) Elliott told Dr. Cox she was thinking of going up to the roof of the hospital and jumping.
He said that the building was only two storeys and she would only be injured which would mean that he would have to look after her which would lead him to jump which would mean he'd only be injured etc. etc.

So I guess it would have to be higher than 2 storeys.

I think I would jump from the roof instead of the window. I would want to go with some dignity and knowing my luck , if I tried to jump from a window, I would probably trip on the way out onto the ledge and fall of accidentally, instead of doing it decisevly by jumping from the roof.

Okay butthead I see you are on level 6 now don't throw your life away now
you have come this far with so many good answers, so I am guessing whom ever told you to jump of a building because of your "cruel intentions"....... has no idea on how to have "cruel intentions" which i am sure (he/she) has had them because we are all not perfect. So ignore her and go one to level 7.

Have a nice one

I don't want you to jump off a building of any height unless you magically sprout wings or have Spidey sense. I don't even know you and I want you to keep your feet on the ground.
