My favorite is Tea. I don't drink coffee as much. The tea that I like the most is SleepyTime Tea by Celestial Seasonings. All you do when it's done heating up in the microwave/or adding hot water is a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of honey. It's so yummy and helps you drift off to sleep. Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!

Neither do I choose to drink. If I had to choose one, I would probably lean towards coffee. Tea has a watery taste to me, and I only drink it when I am sick. I also am not a fan of the strong, potent flavor of coffee, but the vanilla coffee has a nice aroma and dilutes some of the "pow" of the coffee.

i like coffee if it's good (there's so much bad coffee in the world today)
i also like chamomille tea (with a bit of honey)
i also like Korean style (hyun-mi) green tea- it's a softer (for lack of a better word- not milder, softer) than regular or Japanese green tea...
