My big projects are birding trips.

They normally require a planning time of 6 months. The factors are: site selections, itinerary layout, travel arrangements, optimum time of year to see the target birds, alternate itineraries based on unforeseen circumstances, cash requirements, time required to memorize the bird list and bird calls, selection of items to pack
