I would move back to Washington state. I'm in Texas now, we don't get to experience all 4 seasons but if you want warm....Texas is a good state. But, you also get humidity, big bugs, snakes, hurricanes and flooding.
But, there is lots of Texas hospitality!

Arizona- Just as warm less humid. Beatiful views. Or South Carolina if you want a beach and milder tempertures.

The warmest spot in USA I can think of is Pheonix Arizona, aside from Hawaii

try a southern California place, it's always warm there or San Fran, but it's just nice all the time not all that warm.
