Smurfs live in the "Land of Smurfs" in little mushroom shaped houses deep in the forest. No human can find their village unless shown by a smurf. Smurfs as a rule are three apples high, blue skinned and wear white trousers and a white cap. With one or two exceptions they always wear a smile.

The Smurfs (Les Schtroumpfs in French) are a fictional group of small sky blue creatures who live somewhere in the forests of Europe. The Belgian cartoonist Peyo introduced Smurfs to the world, but English-speakers perhaps know them best through the animated television series from Hanna-Barbera Productions, The Smurfs.

A new baby Smurf is brought to the Smurf village by a stork everytime there's a blue moon. I am so ashamed that I know that answer. I need to shower just to feel clean again.
