You need a sitter every night of the week? So 5 nights and 4 kids. I would say $50 a night. 4 kids is a lot.

My parents have babysat for 20 years and they always took $3 an hour per child. Sounds low but some are willing to pay that little. If you're a single mom, you might need that for the sake of finances.

ask the sitter what they normally make. They might have ideas as to what they get from others they sit for...
remember there are 4 children....but $11. an hour is not much either...
ask the sitter.

Ask other families for the going rate. Find a few sitters if possible and see what they charge even if they can't work for you.

4 kids?that is a lot 2 more she would of be a license day care.there are good one and bad one make sure you screen that person very well.i doubt you will find some body qualify if you pay less than $8.

i would try finding a nanny cuz they are sometimes a little cheaper than sitters in generall cuz they live with you
