was i date raped or just really drunk?

ok this is kinda long: I went out with one of my friends sat. night and her boyfriend and we were sleeping at his house because we both lived so far away. so we go out and he was saying that he was going to put something in my drink so we can all have a sex together when we got home that night well i didn't beleave him i just thought he was joking cause i trusted him..so anyway he kept buying us drink after drink and i don't remember anything and i find that weird cause i always remeber what happens even if i am drunk so did he put something in my drink? so the next morning i was on the couch my shorts were on backwards and my shirt was in side out. i went pee and it was burning and i had blood down there and was hurting..i asked my friend what happen and she said we all had sex together..i left right then and there i am so mad and upset and scared..what do i do, is it my faught how do i act around both of them now..is it my faught..i don't understand how this happen..please help!

I would go to the police department and file a report for date rape. Get yourself checked. The fact that he told you that he was going to drug you to get sex should tell you that something isn't right.

And don't think that it was your fault. It's not.

Are you of age? If not tell your parent/s. If you did not remember or consent to the sex, then you were raped. You needed to go to the hospital and get an examination as soon as you noticed something was wrong. But since you didn`t and already have bathed or showered, go to the doctor for an exam, and tell him/her what happend. You will probably have to have a blood test. You need to make a police report and name the persons involved. Why is it that your girlfriend remembers what happened? That is evidence that they both took advantage of you. She is just as guilty as he is. If you are not prepared to go forward with the rape charges, at least go to the doctor and get checked out to make sure you didn`t contact a disease. I`m very sorry to hear this happened to you, but unfortunately you are not the first this has happened too because of too much drinking or someone that your trusted doing something such as putting something in your drink.

You should go to the police. You have been raped. Just because you were drunk does not make it okay for your friend and her boyfriend to do this to you. A friend does not do this! A decent person does not do this. You should not be spending any more time with these people. They have violated you. At the very least you should see a doctor to check that you have not contracted a sexually transmitted disease or that you are not pregnant. You need help. If you are too embarassed to seek it in person - contact a rape counselling line. No one deserves to be treated like this. Please do something about it. There may be others like you who have had a similar experience with this couple. They need to be stopped. From your story it looks like both things happened. It’s defiantly not your fault or at least I don’t think it is. You were with people you thought you could trust. It would probably be very uncomfortable around them; you might want to stay away from them for the time being. I suppose there might some legal action you could take but you would have to proof that something was slipped into your drink and that might be hard to proof. You should talk to someone you trust about this, even call a hotline

He told you he was going to put something in your drink, knowing you wouldn't believe it, in order for you to feel exactly how you're feeling now: that he told you and you didn't say no, so it's your fault. He's playing you. And he wins if you believe that it is your fault...and I'm guessing you aren't the first person he's tried this on. Go to the doctor, the police ...or at least, call a rape crisis line if you want to talk it all out first.

wow hon, I hope you went to the doctor or ER after this and had an exam. This is rape, no read RAPE. I dont know if there is any blodd test or urine test now that can detect any date rape drugs in your body. Get to the ER right away, get some tests. Specifically the pee tests and an internal exam. HIV is another test. Do it NOW!!! Do not wait.

Sex against your will or without your knowledge is rape. It is not your fault, but unfortunately you learned you need to be more careful the hard way. That your "friend" knew about it is kind of disgusting. Find a counselor or a trusted friend/family member and get the support you need to come to terms with this.

You should confront you "friends" about this or lose them, cuz any sex that you did not consent to (which I'm assuming you didn't, cuz you were passed out) is rape. Not cool. It's happened to me, I didn't persue it with the police, but I have never hung out with them since, not willing to risk it happening again. If you want you can make a police report, but likely you'd rather just wash your hands of it, don't hang out with them again!!
