Should I buy Alkaline trio's "crimson".?

I like some of their songs like "mercy me" and i think Matt Skiba's side project "heavens" is o.k. But I am afraid the album might get boring in places.

acually first go to there myspace www.myspace.com/alkalinetroi (not sure about the url) but go listen to there songs they should have some there of the new album then if you like it then buy there album
