I am looking for a good salon in Phoenix to get highlights, looking to spend $100-$125. Preferably near the Paradise Valley Mall area or Scottsdale area. Is there one you could recommend?

Rolfe's or Toni/Guy are good. Toni and & Guy is the the Scottsdale Fashion Square. I think Rolfe's is at Gainey Ranch.
