Yes (but it's unlikely teachers actually do give you to much work! Your brain has a pretty huge capacity for work). Apparently drinking water helps avoid this. Take bottled water into your classes.

Actually, from what I know, when we use our eyes to concentrate on a text or the computer for too long a time, it will cause headaches because our eyes are not given time to rest. i have personal experience when I strain my eyes too long, i get really bad headaches.

But if it's just normal school work we do in class, it should not be a problem. Sometimes it's psychological problem when we see so much work, we become stressed and our minds become very confused. So we tend to think we have headaches.

Just try to relax and take it as it is. Take short breaks about 10 min to rest your eyes. You can close your eyes for awhile provided you don't fall asleep or do meditation. Meditation is a very good way to put aside everything for just awhile and to feel your inner self. After 15 min meditation, I always felt so much more refreshed, less stressed and peaceful. With a clearer mind, you get things done more efficiently.

I mean at the end of the day, you still have to finish it. So open the door of your heart and just accept the situation. When u accept, u will find that it is easier to manage. Follow Nike- Just do It!! Dun think so much. So spend the energy doing the work rather than thinking that you have a lot to cover. It really helps. :)

If headaches continues after a long time, it will be good to see a doctor. I hope you will feel better soon. :)

Yes. I had headaches constantly all through college. I even went to the health center about it, and was referred to a biofeedback expert. I learned that the headaches were migraine in type, and were caused by stress. There's much stress in getting a good education.

Learn to meditate, to relax yourself, and to pace yourself doing homework. If you accept that it is necessary to take care of your health while getting an education, you will probably find that you can get as good grades by pushing a little less and not suffering so much from the excess stress. It means limiting your social life to those times when you really are caught up and can party without feeling guilty.

No but it might be one of two or three things. Maybe you need to get your eyes checked headaches can be caused by eyestrain, or you stress too much about your work and strain yourself from it, or people dont expect as much from you when you are sick(headachey).

Only if you are not organizing your time efficiently, and feel rushed all the time. Also, be sure you wear glasses if you need them, because eye strain can cause headaches.

yes it is, it is because of the amount of work that we get during the day, and your brain is trying to store all of the information that you are getting from the teacher.
