Sounds like you have a real chronic problem ("...my mom just gives me a hard time...") that you need to get under control. I used to make really bad financial decisions too and once I got my brain wired right, it took me nearly 10 years to finish fixing it. Think about how you feel right now, and imagine feeling like that for the next 10 years.
Your problem is one of two things. But you have to be honest with yourself (btw you have already told the rest of us the answer). 1) You do not have enough money - which means you do not make enough for basic needs (housing, food, simple clothing, and basic entertainment); or 2) You make enough for your needs, but you refuse to manage your own spending. But an honest budget and follow it to the letter, its limiting but that's life. Stop making new debts or increasing current ones. Pick a bill with either the highest interest or lowest balance and work hard to pay it off fast, then use that money to pay off the next one. This is called responsible debt reduction.
As far as your short-term dilemna, return all of the rest of your purchases. Do not get an advance or use a check-cashing place. You will always be behind. Contact your bank as previously suggested, eat cheap food that meets your basic nutritional needs, and quit spending money you do not have. If this does not do the job, then suck it up and talk to your parents. But don't just borrow $100, sit down and have them help you. They know more than you.

Yes, I have been in financial straits before. These will most probably occur often during your life, so you need to get braced and you will survive. I was lucky enough to have family at extremely critical times. The fact that you are not comfortable with your lack of funds is to your best advantage. I don't know how much you are in debt or what your overall finances are like, but hopefully you won't go without food or anything like that. There may not be much you can do short term to help you. Whether you spend too much or not is up to you, so as a long term solution to your dilema, I would suggest the following-----make you a budget to show your actual income. You need to leave some money in your budget for unexpected stuff (this is what has probably gotten you in trouble). What I do is just show it aa savings (but leave it in my checking account). Remember, and overdrawn account costs you money. You will probably have to cut out some of your luxury items (that will be up to you). Learning to live on what you make takes a lot of work and discipline. It may appear that you have money in the bank, but you know you have to leave some to help pay for that auto repair that is unexpected. It is easier said than done to not worry and fret about it, but you need to keep your focus on better times to come by addressing the whole problem. Don't worry about it during the day, and get a plan together at night when you are at home. Hang in there, attack the problem instead of letting it get you down, and face the day with a smile. Good luck.

An advance on your salary isn't going to help - you'll just be in worse debt next week, and now your boss knows you can't handle money. Go to the bank and set up a payment plan for the bad check fees. And quit shopping!!!!

Hopefully will have learned from this situation, plan ahead and budget for the future. The future meaning...tomorrow, next week, next month, whenever. Don't be silly and definately don't get an advance on your salary. See a therapist to find out what's going on emotionally.

Remember this feeling and never allow yourself to get here again. Never buy anyhting unless you have the cash in your hand and all your necessaries have been paid for. You need money in your saving. You can't go through life like that. You'd be surprised how little you need to buy tot survive and be happy.
Try pawning your things and gettign some money for this round, but you have to change your spending habits if you want to survive in this world.

sure, there is not any doubt at this factor. What the media needs is to sell their information and get some earnings from commercials. some are paid to place in writing and blow issues out of proportion to cater some persons desire.
