It depends on the car..Manufacturers cover headlights for the first year (adjustment period) and some cover them for more. Read your manual or call the service department at the dealer.

The sealed housing for the headlight, not the bulb, is covered by manufacturers warranty. Typically, if your car is pretty new, it has the clear headlamp housing. If moisture enters that unit, it will burn out your bulb. In the morning, check and see if there is moisture in there, if there is, the seal is broken and should be replaced at no cost to you. If there is moisture on the outside but not the inside, your bulb probaly just failed, and that's not covered, just replace it yourself.

No,wear items aren't normally covered by new car WARRANTY !
if its a wiring problem to the headlight,then it could be covered.

Generally speaking, no. It's a light bulb, if it burns out, replace it. It's the same with any part subject to wear, brakes, tires, belts, etc. But sometimes they give you unlimited, so it doesn't hurt to ask.
