This is at least the fourth question like this in a row from you. Have you spoken with your math teacher? It looks like it's time for some extra help and/or a math tutor. Is there someone in your class or an upper-classman who can tutor you?

The answer is square root y+16
√y+16

Sense the square if 0 is an invalid function the minimum range would be (-16)

The Maximum would be infinity (∞)
