Do you mean 3 seperate trilogies? or an actor who has been in one trilogy set? Kinda confused but here is what I can get from the top of my head.
Harison Ford has at least 2 Trilogies under his belt.
Patrick Stewart has 2 trilogies also.

i'm confused about your question oh muppeted one. a trilogy is 3 so i very much doubt you'll find an actor who has been in 3 of them, however Ian mckellan has been in 2 trilogies- lord of the rings and the x-men trilogy!
