this would depend on how pure a supply you need. A welding supply company can supply you with industrial (not breathable) grade oxygen as well as N2 and He. a chemical supply company can supply you with small quantities of the same but in laboratory grade. a medical supply place can supply you with breathing grade medical oxygen but you would need a prescription for that. As for carbon I don't think that is available commercially as a gas, I think you would a laboratory to manufacture it.

uh you don't normally find pure carbon in gas form, but you do find it in CO2. and fyi you can find all of those elements in the air you breathe
