It doesn't do it every load so I definitely don't think its the water. We have changed detergents and it still does it every so often. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help.

It could be a few things. Perhaps someone is leaving pens or something in their pants, or a pen that burst a while ago is still leaking a bit. Try washing the washing machine (sounds absurd, I know).

Also, if you use the detergent that comes in hard cubes rather than liquid, sometimes they don't dissolve all the way and leave clumps and marks on clothes.

Of course, make sure your clothes are separated properly.

And then, if there is nothing else it can be, I'd replace the washer for leaking oil. I only suggest the above solutions because washing machines are expensive, and I wouldn't want you to replace one if you didn't absolutely need to.

Seems you have a prob with rinsing clothes. Does all the water drain properly? Check the Pump Filter (blocked????) Clean the greasy deposits inside the machine, they choke up everything, Get a bag of Washing Soda from Asda/Tesco, throw whole bag in, very hot wash, clears all that gungy grease, may well solve your problem, also cleans your drains generally for good measure. I do this monthly...clean machine!!!

Call a repair man sounds like your barring cassing is leaking oil... It can be repaired (make sure to ask for an estimate before ordering repairs as some models cost more to repair than replace)
