Why would a woman make the end of your marriage humilating?

My stbx started seeing someone before we were divorcing. She took this person to the place we usually hang out and introduced him to my in-laws and our friends. What the &@#$!

Most women need to feel in control of the relationship at all times. Even if the man is the bread winner in the family and the wife stays at home, she'll find ways to try and manipulate him. That's why they are always having these episodes where they are sick or have some sort of crisis.

What this person did to you is nothing more than a desparate cry for attention and to prove that she is better off and that the marriage wasn't even over and she already found someone.

Guess what, I'm sure the guy was a total loser, but it was the best she could do at this point. Don't worry about it. I'm sure that when the books open up, she'll have egg all over her face and you'll come out ahead.

Her interest in you and your marriage had to get quite low before she made the move to end it, and she probably harbored a lot of resentment for whatever reasons, and she didn't handle things very well.

Things can only get better now that you are on your own. This is an opportunity for you to work on yourself, independent of a hostile partner who could only undermine you.

It might be hard to see this as a positive step in your life right now, but give it some time and think about how this can make you a better person, and after a time... you can grow to be a much better person, unencumbered by the baggage of her resentment.

It sounds as if she's seeking revenge or trying to show that she's moved on and this isn't really hurting her (Usually a sign that she's very hurt and maybe even trying to make you jealous - Have you seen "The Breakup"?).

First of all, it would depend on the kind of woman. She is that type of woman. Not all women are like that.
2nd, im sorry to say but she must be really hurt or didnt like your marriage at all that she find for someone else...

not all women are like that .i cant begin to think of a reason why she would have done something so messt up .........next time around just make sure that the girl your with has morals and some type of respect for others .......don't worry you should not be humiliated for you but for her she made her self look really trashy ................good luck
