i dont care how much it costs just want good graphics also has to be compatitable with a laptop

Laptops will have onboard graphics & sound. If you can afford it, I would recommend for the Graphics card the GoForce 7900 series and for the sound card, really any good 5.1/7.1 card that comes with the laptop. Sound isn't my strong point, however graphics are :)

well the best of the best for audio cards would be the 'Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro'. However this is a PCI card so wouldnt fit in a laptop... You say you dont care how much..? Try buying a pc this one of these in then! :D
