As the other poster pointed out, if you've got an iPod, chances are you want something to listen to something *other* than the radio. Adding radio components to an iPod would also make the gizmo bulkier and more expensive.

Anyway, for those who do insist on radio, the iPod *does* have an accessory that makes the iPod capable of receiving FM stations called the iPod Radio Remote (because it also acts as a remote control device for the iPod). It retails for $49.

You need to have a antennae for a radio and even then you cant count on the signal and radios don't all ways play what you want to hear so what would be the point??

if the radio was playing good music.... you wouldn't need an ipod
