I like Anesca better. It is more unique than Anna. Anna seems more like a middle name than a first name. If you named her Anesca you could always call her Anne. Or if she doesn't like that she could always go by her middle name later on.

Anna Claire ? - definately not Anna Nicole!! Anesca would be difficult to grow up with Anna would be much nicer. Middle name depends on your last name too. Also I REALLY think the meanings of names do matter. Check out the definition of a name before you use it - My first name meant 'wild man' - I grew up with my brother calling me 'Captain Cave Women' (after the cartoon) and after being teased for so long I did get really pissed at him -kind of like a wildman. Thank God I'm all grown up now! I have 4 kids of my own:
Gils: Kacey Joeann, Taylor Rhea and Addison Claire and also a son that goes by Brandon

Anna Maggie, Anna Cameron, Anna Lindsay Anna Taylor, Anna Rose, i love those :) Anna is this kind of pleasing call, its classic yet can't ever go old. i'm not particular how a lot you'll like the names I suggested, yet i'm in basic terms sharing my opinion.

I think Rose sounds nice with either-- Anna sounds more traditional, which I usually love, but Anesca Rose, I think, is very elegant and beautiful.
