Not at all. The only time the USPTO might (emphasis on might) refund the fee is if there's a mistake on their part. Once it's filed, that's it -- they have your money regardless if it gets approved or not.

Are you wanting to alter it in somehow? They do accept slight (and emphasis here on slight) alterations after an application has been filed.

I doubt it. Once money in, it is hard to come out :o)
