Hey. I have a pretty hetic schedule between basketball, home, school and church. And I have bags EVERYDAY under my eyes. How can I get rid of them? I can never seem to go to sleep on time because it takes me very long to go to sleep. The most it took to go to sleep was about 3 hours. I laid down at 8:40 somethign and didn't got to sleep till 11 something.

You are not able to fairly do away with it. But i might begin with discovering a brand new passion. And give up writing such a lot at the laptop. Do sporting events together with your peers. Set a target for your self to just keep at the laptop for 2 hours then decrease each month. It would prevent a couple of greenbacks at the electrical invoice!!! ;). Basically discover some thing else to do, for those who are not able to seem at what films are approaching, what parties that sound kinda cool. Be in the market alternatively of within right here.

A quick fix is concealer and a chilled liquid eye mask. A permanent fix is to stop overloading yourself. Lack of rest will soon manifest in other physical ways. You don't want to burn yourself out. The reason it takes so long to fall asleep is because even though you are lying down, your mind is still reeling. You must allow yourself some mental relaxation as well.

I'd say try turning on some soothing music, drink something warm, and close your eyes and start to pray. I never get finished with my prayers before I'm out!
