I would prefer having the love of your life because money is relative. There are tons of poor people who seem to more happy than people with loads of personal possessions. It seems like they found love and somehow they survive relying on the strength of each other.

Even though I have both, you said just one. So if I had to chose, I'd say the love of my life. If I were stuck in a crappy job, I would still have something wonderful to come home to everyday. If I only had a great job, I would still be lonely, as a job provides no emotional fulfillment. Only a full wallet.

The love of my life, I can handle a not so wonderful career if I have someone who loves and supports me unconditionally.

Love of my life without a doubt.
Materialistic things mean very little to me and well, people mean everything.
On the other hand, if you enjoyed material things more than people then a career would be better for you.

The love of my life. I already have a job I hate, so that wouldn't change. I can deal with crappy jobs as long as at the end of the day, my love was home waiting for me.
