Brutus. Sleestacks were harmless little reptiles, pretending to be fierce. Brutus was always trying to steal Popeye's woman. that is very dastardly.

Brutus wasn't too too bad. He and popeye were actually kind of friends, they just let a woman come between them. So I will have to say sleezstacks. besides, things have been pretty mellow in popeye land since he can't eat spinach anymore!

Brutus! But I want to say another name just to say it. . .Dick Dastardly! Remember him? I can't say his name without laughing. . .I never could! (The "dastardly" made me think of him!)

I'm not sure either of them qualifies as truly "dastardly". They were both pretty cheesetastic.
