Everyone gets nervous, that is natural. I get nervous over small things myself, but I just try to do my best at it.

Taking a class in public speaking can help with this nervousness alot. When you learn how to address a group, you can easily address a person. Your sefl esteem seems to need a little boost. Your nervousness and what you are saying tells me that you lack self confidence. Perhaps your real fear is in succeeding. If you continually feel failure, you might just want to stay right where you are at with no changes in your life. This might feel more comfortable to you and nervousness is a good excuse for not changing. I am not kidding about the Public Speaking class, It changed my life. You might want to have a few sessions with a therapist too to see if you can discover what is at the root of your nervousess and lack of confidence.

hi goldie,,
therez no reason to be nervous if u love urself, if u know urself, and u r confident of urself,, and u r planned and prepared.
work on ur self and ur confidence,, and be proud of urself. and believe u can do what ever u wnat to achieve, and its just a matter of some information,,
believe in urself,, and believe in,,,, to hell with the world,, i m the master of my faith, the queen of my soul,,
gather ur experience thru small small things that u do right but u dont know.. know urself and u will start to feel high about urself and u wont enen know u ever had the fear of failure.

The more you do things the more prepared you feel. The more prepared you feel, the more comfortable and confident you are. Just go to job interviews even if they're not your dream jobs. You'll get better at anything you do repeatedly.
