Although most fast food is very unhealthy,if you make the right choices there really is no limit.You just have to know what the right choices are.Take Taco Bell's Taco Salad as an example.It sounds healthy until you read the facts.50 grams of fat,14 of which is saturated.
It's still a much better idea to pack your own meals for both economic and health reasons.

Depends on what kind of fast food - if you mean McDonanlds or KFC, then try and limit it to once or twice a week. If you're buying fast food salads (or other healthy foods) then it will probably come down to economics.
There's nothing wrong enjoying the occasional burger, provided you excercise off the calories.

I say pack a lunch and go out to a nice restuarant a couple times a week Wouldn't you rather spend your $ on a nice dinner?
If you want fast food, 2 times a week should be enough.

Well it really depends if your trying to just satisfy your urge to eat in a fast food chain... AT LEAST ONCE IN A WEEK WOULD BE FINE BUT IF YOU CAN AVOID FAST FOODS THE BETTER!!! Eating out is not really healthy for us.

Eat a healthy diet of lean meats, fruits & veggies. Drink plenty of water. Fast food don't get it.'

I would say once a week would be good. If you are trying to lose weight, none at all. I like to treat myself every Friday for lunch.

It probably shouldn't be something that you do weekly. Probably once every two weeks would be better for you. However, if you really want to, I guess once a week would acceptable.
