how can a Dvd converted in to cd.?

Help me i know to copy cd to cd but DVD to CD i don't know what
are the requirements needed to be installed in a computer.
Tell me plz.

You convert the DVD to MPEG-2 then burn that to CD but you lose the fancy stuff like scenes and multi language support and you get some soundtrack delay.

Find a DVD to VCD converter.

You can't...a DVD holds 4.7GB of data and a CD only holds about 700MB of data (there are 1000MB in 1GB).
