the two windows of msconfig keep popping up and i need to get rid of them, how do i do that?

Should be a check box in the first message which pops up, giving you the option not to open on start up

I think you have MSconfig in your Start Up and so it pops up. Go to Start Menu > Programs > Start Up and remove the item from there. Also make sure you have applied the current settings in MSConfig before doing this.

tick the box in the corner that say do not start on startup... you shouldn't have the problem after that.

Make sure it is not in the startup folder
