the virus remove the (run) from the start menu.and some other things what can i do pleas

Run a scan with your antivirus...if you don't have one, use AVG. Also, run the scan in Safe Mode (press F8 just before Windows loads).

If you are using Windows XP, do a system restore to a date when you know you don've have the virus and do an online virus scan (like from antionline.com) before you restart your computer.

Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
Go to www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux...
...then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.
