As a Spurs fan yesterday's result was brilliant (and long overdue), but to much aftermatch talk was about how poor Poll was and not how great a match everyone had witnessed.

Im a fellow Spurs fan and i agree. The game was overshadowed completely by the media going on about Poll's decisions. Fact of the matter is, Drogba would not have had the free header he did to make it 2-0 because Michael Dawson played to the whistle and would certainly have got to the ball first, Drogba did not play to the whistle (as usual). I have to say that John Terry's sending off was really quite harsh on him but his reaction (or lack of it) to his dismissal, just made him stand out more to me as the consumate professional he is. Would JT's sending off meant that Spurs could hold on for the last 19 mins and win or would Chelsea with 11 men come back to level or win it?.... We'll never know. But i wish that people in the press and football show panels gave more time to talking about the great football on show, than the poor ref on show.

The issue is not really whether Graham Poll was bad or not on Sunday. He had a decent game for crying out loud. However, Chelsea are perennial sore losers. They always moan whenever they lose a match, but all is hunky durry when they are winning. They should get use to loosing now 'cause there's gonna be many more like that this season. By the way, why do other teams have to deny us credit when we beat them fair and square? I'm becoming sick of this. For crying out loud we are one of the biggest teams in the premiership, yet spurs get no respect. Come on hotspurs show them you are winners - win the European cup this season, P-L-E-A-S-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope!!! To be honest yes he made two odd disions with the disallowed goal and the sending off. But chelsea are sposed to be the best club in the premiership and should have beet us even though they did get a goal disallowed!!!! We were 2-1 up before terry got sent off and chelsea had more chances than spurs but couldnt finnish!!!! We deserved the win because we played better on the day so all the chelsea fans SHUTUPA YOUR WINGIN!!!!!!!

YID ARMY!!!!!!!

Poll is a honest ref if the con merchants played the game
honestly they would not be booked.Divers and cheats
don't get passed this guy.Guys from Yorkshire like
Graham Poll will go down south and will instruct them
how to play a honest game with out fear or favour.
PS you got a good game because of good refereeing.

The media go on about the refereeing because they are biased towards Chelsea, and to some extent Man Utd too. I thought Graham Poll did a fine job. Its about time someone clamped down on shirt pulling in the box at set pieces and Chelsea are the biggest culprits for seeking to gain an unfair advantage in such situations. He did okay if you ask me and wasnt trying to hog the attention from the players.

If you want to talk about hogging attention then lets talk about Mourinho.

No, he is the best ref in the premier league. Terry was right to be sent off. Now, Uriah Rennie, he can't even officiate a league 2 match properly. As Chester well know. Damn him....

Definetly. He missed a penalty for Chelsea, failed to send off Ghaly and disallowed Drogba's goal. JT shouldn't have walked either. Nuff said!
