this would save alot of tax money!instead of feeding condemned death roll inmates steaks for 30 years before they execute them.
+ the criminals might think twice if they knew if they get the death penalty, they'll be killed in 30 days.

It's called the right to fair trial and it's enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

And your argument doesn't wash. There is no death penalty in Western European countries, yet they all have much lower crime rates - both violent and non-violent.

Because the us has too many groups that think the death penalty is wrong. They have nothing better to do than protest. don't get me wrong, i am all for freedom of speech, but why be a little B**** all the time. I mean, honestly, cowboy up! If someone kills my entire family and then gets
sentenced to death, do you think i want to wait 30 years for closure, **** no, do it now!

because , in some cases the person sentenced is actually NOT GUILTY lol, and the court releases them after retirals and stuff like that. You wouldnt want to be killed and then it turns out you were innocent. I agree, I dont like paying for somoene to be in jail for 30 years, but I sure wouldnt want to be that innocent guy who is cleared of charges a day after the needle goes in.

I think it is torture for people to sit on death row for 20 yrs, instead of having swift and speedy due process with a quick execution.

You worry about tax money, not due process! You worry about tax money, and not another persons rights under the US Constitution!

Why don't you worry about the deficit and the 1/2 TRILLION you have given away on the war!

It is clear you have no regard for other's constitutional rights!

Another Republican!

I don;t think it would slow them down any, regardless if it took 30 days or 15 years to do it

I wish, it used to be that way, but not with this ridiculous appeals process in place. I'd settle for one appeal, that's it, you lose, you're outofhere! Two years max.
