Research the position you are applying for ahead of time and try to find out your duties. Look within yourself for your talents that would complement that position and duties. When asked what strengths you have, simply state your own talents that are suited to that position. If you don't have any experience in that position, say I learn things quickly and require little supervision to get my job done. You might add that you take pride in getting a job done correctly and on time. Don't lie, but don't be ashamed to make your good points shine. ... Good Luck...

Be honest but choose your words wisely. Since you know that this is one of the most important questions you will be asked in an interview, have your answer ready ahead of time and rehearse it before hand. You know your strengths and weaknesses. Never be negative in an interview. Always state the positive aspects of your knowledge. Strengths that they look for are an ability to manage people with self confidence and a solution to the problem promptly, effectively and with a positive result. Never say "I'm a people person" in an interview. It's a cliche and is not looked at as a positive attribute. It's an interview no-no. Think of your positive strengths ahead of time and rehearse them. It's the best way to answer the question.

Take a piece of paper and then go about doing the following:
- Write down 5 things that you are proud of having achieved / done in life.
- Against each achievement, write down the quality that was needed the most.
Now these would ideally and honestly be your strengths. If the panelist is any bit smart, he'd see through you if you give him gas! By writing actual things that have happened in your life with the strength, you would be prepared to answer if he asks, "How can you say that?".
Remember...honestly and confidence along with humbleness are the 3 most important things that help make an interviewer make a decision!
All the best!

This is your opportunity to say something good in your own behalf. If you don't have alot of experience for the job you're applying for ,you need to talk about yourself as a person for whom punctuality and performance is important. If you do have lots of experiences from a similar position, brag about specific instances in which you did something great.

even as putting ahead a weak point, continually make it something that would want to be positive besides. which incorporates "I have a tendency to lose music of time even as i'm doing something important, often times i want to be shoved out the door!" (Aka: i'm continually operating overdue or because the interviewer hears: i'm not a clockwatcher and could be dedicated to my artwork).
