I also agree; I had an early miscarriage and suspect I could be pregnant too (soon after). I also have been told that you're especially fertile after a miscarriage, although every woman is different so some could take a while longer to go back to having menstrual cycles again.

Your cycle is likely to be a bit messed up after a miscarriage although it certainly isn't impossible that you've fallen pregnant again. However, if you do have the 'gross' (!) retained products that you mention then your cycle won't start again until that's all gone - often done via a small operation similar to a D&C.
In any case, the ultrasound will show what's going on in there. Good luck for the future.

easily ive by no potential had a miscarriage so i in basic terms desire to assert i'm so sorry you had to adventure that variety of coronary heart smash, yet, do in basic terms no longer forget that there is a reason for each thing. that miscarriage would have made you better and now which you have been waiting to conceive lower back, you would be a good greater desirable mom now which you have the possibility. do no longer tension too plenty, in basic terms be satisfied which you have a blessing on the way. i dont mean to be all preachy, yet god has a plan. im 18 and have been pregnant thrice. seems my son and that i crossed paths in a prior existence and he became meant to come again lower back to me. so perhaps that's that very comparable toddler attempting to get yet another risk at existence. shop a grin on your face! congratulations!

I have had irregular periods my whole period life and I had a miscarriage about 3 months ago and they had to do a D & C because the baby just wasn't coming out. I have had on the dot periods ever since which is amazing. as much as I hate having a period I love knowing when it is coming which I never experienced before in my life. If I was you and your not pregnant again I would ask for a D & C.

It is possible that you could be pregnant again as you are very fertile after a miscarriage. It happened to me 14 years ago.
It's also possible that af has not arrived as your cycle may be a bit out of wack. This also happened to me 2 years ago.I was a week late and was convinced that I was pregnant but wasn't.
Give it another week or so and maybe do a test.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.
It's possible, but unlikely u r preg. A miscarrage can throw off your whole cycle... I'd give your body a month or 2 before it's back to normal.
I had a miscarriage, but my body didn't seem to realize it as quickly as the doctors, so it kept producing the horemones as if I was still preg. This did not allow my cycle to get back on track. I had to have a D & C to clean out my system... A few monthes later my cycles were back to normal.
Talk to your doctor about your questions... They are there to help you understand what your body is going through
