I am so tired of this. They are so busy bashing each other I have no idea what their views are. It makes it hard to vote.

should be something in place whereas "X" amount of votes are discounted/removed from any running politician that in any way lies/is deceptive about their competitior. would clean things up.

There is so much bashing of other candidates that their might be an unforeseen backlash. There are commercials that simply bash the other candidate giving that candidate name recognition. In other words, one may not remember who did the bashing but will only remember the name of the person bashed. In the voting booth, an individual might not know who is running and think, "Oh. I know that person" and vote for them. They then voted for the person who was bashed.

I hate to say this, but when I see a slew of negativity coming from one candidate I almost always vote for the other guy... It just tells me he has nothing positive to say about himself.

Vote for Democrats. Sorry, I do not watch TV. All TV is Conservative propaganda. All News print is also Conservative propaganda.
