hey ladies and gents i am a foreigner who is studying undergraduate degree in china under chinese scholarship program,i had a gf who is graduated chinese girl and bad enough she has preginancy,cause in her mind is to get married with me so she refused to do abortion,so what i wanna know is according to chinese law what is the consequence of that,is chinese law allow university student to have child 4fore graduating?? what about marriage??

It sounds like she is old enough to get married but are you? Minimum is 22 if I remember right but do you want to marry her if not then tell her! Marriage is not a problem only a little time consuming The law is constantly changing so ask at your local PSB or look at Chinese government web site
