right relax dont tense your muscles sencond i no it sounds gross but try to feel if there is any string still attached if yes tug if not dont go round prodding and probing it may move further up. if this is the case ring your doctor or if u r in the uk the nhs helpline and just explane your situation they will either send a doc to u or a way for you to got there dont worry you will be fine

You need to relax hun the more you tense up the more you will contract the muscles in your vagina and it will stay stuck.
Get your self in the bath and relax, the water will absorb in the tampon making it easier to remove and then after 10 mins or so gently pull taking deep breaths.

Poor thing! Take a deep breath. If you are leaking, put a pad in your undies. Now go brew a cup of tea, sit and sip it quietly. Relax. There is nothing to worry about.
When you are perfectly calm again, go back to the bathroom. Either sit on the toilet or stand with one foot on the toilet seat. Use your index finger to poke around and locate the string, which has probably worked its way up inside. Snag it and pull.
If for some reason the string is simply gone (never happened to me in 40 years, but I guess it could...), reach way up in with thumb and index finger, grip the end of the tampon and tug. Pop! Out it comes!
This has happened to everyone at one time or another. You don't need a doctor, but you won't be able to grab it if you are frantic and panicky. Just relax...it ain't gonna go anywhere because it has nowhere to go but out!

Go to Planned Parenthood and they will take care of it. Just takes a ling pair of forceps (tweezerzs) to remove. Not a big deal and if don't have money they will take care of that.

just relax and push it out it will come slowly but you should be able to do it by yourself. if all else fails leave it in awhile and when it absorbs more it should come down
