I'm having the best Monday ever! Should I be worried? Am I about to be struck by lightning or something?

Good grief, cherish it!! Don't worry about what might or might not happen! I think in this stressful, sometimes negative world we dwell too much on the bad days! Good ones happen too! Tonight, write down why today was so great. Then next time you have a bad one, look at what you wrote down and remember it with affection! Life isn't so bad!

What benefit does worrying bring you?

It is a personal choice, so worry if you really want to, but worrying won't stop a disaster hitting you. Planning, care and forethought might.

I would imagine that the only effect of worrying would be to bring an end to your best Monday ... unless of course you enjoy worrying.

If you don't like Monday's, it's a hell of a way to spent a seventh of your life! I love Monday's. When I get in to work on a Monday I think, So far this week I've done nothing wrong...

What with the time change and the full moon, maybe it really isn't Monday? Hmm, either that or you've earned it from all the other horrible Monday's you've had. Enjoy.
