I'm not sure whether they are near the words "SCON", but does anybody know what these stickers are for?

I DO know what those stars mean, and they're NOT there for decoration. Because of what they signify I'm NOT going to tell what they signify, as if you all knew what they mean you could cause havoc if you started to interfere with the equipment whose position they indicate to Underground staff. +++++ Anybody who DOES know, don't post it here otherwise someone will want to try it out ! ! !
