ave got 6 plates and 6 metal spacers what goes in the basket first

Easy one this one mate in morning ring local kawka dealer and ask them (cheap as chips and safer) Sorry not meaning to be a smart *** but some times that phone call is cheaper in long run

That bike has 6 friction plates and 5 metal plates. Install a friction plate first. Then alternate friction and metal plates. You don't want metal to touch metal. Start with a friction plate and end with a friction plate.

Just a reminder, if your not replacing the steel plates besure to make sure they are flat, and resurface them by either bead blasting, scotch brite pad, or you can use an etching type wheel cleaner, always clean the steels with solvent after resurfacing, and soak the new frictions in clean motor oil

For onr thing you must soak the plates in engine oil over night before iinstalling them. Take the old plates out and pay attention to how they came out. If you have already taken them out and cant remember get a book. They sell em on ebay cheap.

Put the metal ring in first ,then a friction disk.Make sure your friction plates are not directional.
