TAE BO is a kickboxing style used for fitness exercises. (I do not think they ACTUALLY do kickboxing, just practice kicjboxing moves to get fit)

I think what you're looking for is Tae Bo - the word comes from a combination of Tae Kwon Do and Boxing.
This is an aerobic exercise routine developed by a Tae Kwon Do expert called Billy Blanks to give an effective cardio workout.
Tae Bo is taught in physical fitness classes and it helps in increasing cardiovascular fitness and increasing muscle strength and flexibility. There are no attacking or defensive moves in Tae Bo, the only objective is increase fitness and flexibility through choreographed movement.

i think u mean tae bo. its a form of kickboxing/workout routine. its a great cardio workout. helps build endurance, strength and all while having fun. the creator is billy blanks. go to website below for more info and ordering if your interested enough
