Do you like the Islamic radicals (many of which in terrorist plotting cells) in your own country better than Bush?
And is this Bush's fault or the fault of your own immigration and extradition policies?

And if you blame everything on Bush, at what point do you begin to fit "Jihad" and Muslim's hatred against the West in general into the picture?

Reactor: I'll take that as a yes on the side of the terrorists you bomb your own citizens, you guys obviously deserve it because of what America does.......
...I think your grasp of reality is woeful.

Rachel: that's such utter crap. Bush didn't put bombs on London transport, did he?
What exactly do you think the Muslim's Jihad is? and how could you possibly think that's better than Bush-- We live in civilized countries! Oh, well, it's your countries and cultures that will be destroyed by your ridiculous tolerance of Islamic fundmentalism in your own country. I think feeding and petting the beast so he won't eat you is just plain dumb, you will get eaten eventually.

I don't "hate" Bush, I just think he's a bit thick . . . I felt he went about the Afghan and Iraq wars the wrong way. It has just stirred up even more hatred towards the West - the Muslims who bombed London on 7/7/05 used Britains' involvement in these wars as an excuse, and this has led to a lot of bad feeling from Brits about the whole conflict and Blair getting involved with Bush's war.

But honestly, given the choice I side far more with America that I ever could with the Muslim Terrorists.

Yes I grew up with Muslims in school etc (we all did over here) but I can't say I ever had any Muslim friends or have any sympathy for the radical cause. I spent far more of my time around Hindus, many of whose parents had been driven out of North India by Muslim violence, plus I've had some really bad experiences with Muslims throughout my life, I feel far more trusting of Hindus than I ever will of a Muslim due to these experiences.

So I'm not one of those Brits who says "I have Muslims friends and they are great" or has any sympathy for their cause.

I was disgusted at 9/11 and canot accept any excuse for it. I was even more horrified when it hit our own shores on 7/7 and the latest arrests of Muslims trying to blow up British people. It makes me very angry.

So if I had to choose either Muslims or Bush I'd choose Bush, I just don't really like him and I really wish he hadn't drawn the UK into his war as its not done us any good at all. The money wasted on that war should have been put to better use (health care, housing etc) in the UK.

Im actually offended by the suggestion that "The Americans just dont get it and are blindly following their doofus leader" Its a statement that is unfair and is stereotypical. Actually most of America hates Bush as much as any other country. But I have to agree that it is not a matter of black an white. Sometimes you cant put some one in a box. Just because I dont like Bush doesnt mean that I agree with the Muslim or Islamic militants or fanatics or their tactics. In the beginning of the war, we had a reason to go in and I think that one way or another Saddam needed to be taken down either now with only 3,000 dead than a prolonged war with 34,000 dead. And actually, we did find WMD, granted it was degraded, but in the right hands they could cause serious local/ regional damage. We found about 1,500 warheads with Anthrax, Ricin, Small pox, etc. If you want to hate some one hate the news media for not telling the truth either! Actually the news media and the politicians deserve equal blame. But if we want to get out of this, we must stand united and concentrate on the task at hand rather than nostagically contemplate the whether to's and the why for's of going in, and concentrate on how the bloody hell do we get out of this mess.

P.S. Im from America friends

I am from the UK and would like to believe there are still some decent americans in the US. I have no doubt that there are - the americans deserve someone that really represents them and their interests.

The "with up or against us" argument is pretty stupid. If this was really the case now, then the US is on its own....

I just wish the americans had a genuine choice to elect (in a fair system) the leader they believe represents them most instead of the one with the most election funds or foreign lobby group support.

PS. Isn't this question a tad rhetorical and an oxymoron?

That's been just the problem with America in the past six years; this black and white vision of everything. 'You're either with us, or you're against us'. Bush has been trying to pose as the anti-terror messiah who could do no wrong and there's a whole lot of people gullible enough to believe him.
Of course I'm against indoctrinating children into a theory of hatred. I'm also against planting bombs and killing people. It doesn't mean I have to agree with everything Bush does - in fact, he's done more harm than good on the terrorism front. Bush does not hold the key to the truth.

I dont mind Bush,at least he stood up to the Islamic back stabbing scum. I believe he did what most Americans wanted after 9/11. I know alot of Americans and British have been killed in Iraq and Afghanistan but i firmly believe he had a right to go in and protect the free world. The best form of defence is attack. Better to be fighting the war in their backyard instead of ours.
This is not a time to capitulate to the do-gooders of this world.
After all they drew first blood!

Just because I think Bush is a dangerous and often deluded fool doesn't mean I therefore agree with everyone who thinks something similar. I may understand some of the reasons for Muslim's hatred but I cannot agree with them or the tactics used.
I believe violence is wrong except in defence and attack is not the best defence

I know plenty of Americans who are very unhappy with Bush and his policies. You seem to forget that the majority of British Muslims are not radical, just people trying to get on with their lives. Millions of UK citizens, whatever their creed, are deeply unhappy about this war for many and diverse reasons - the loss of innocent lives on both sides being just one of them.
Very few people here "blame everything on Bush." That idea is just plain insulting. We understand that the complexities of politics in war and peace run a little deeper that that.
As for preferring extremists? I don't like any of them. This includes Bush, Islamic radicals - indeed anyone who holds inflexible, ill considered and bigoted opinions.

Get real! Terrorism is not new to England. The IRA blew the heart out of London for years, this was funded in part by Noraid, an American charity helping " Freedom Fighters". America has one bad attack and is at war with the world. You keep Bush, we have our own problems with his lapdog Blair but dont preach to English people about terrorism and its causes.

Bush and Blair and their bullies are occupying oil rich countries illegally and killing thousands of innocents in those countries, and have been for over three years.

A very small section of the British Muslim community take extreme views on this occupation and the killing of their sisters and brothers, and as a result 57 innocents in this country died a little over a year ago.

A large section of British society are against this illegal war, being faught in 'our' name.

Immigration has nothing to do with it - I hate Bush and his policies, and Blair and his policies are wrong - at least the British people have made our opinion heard and Blair knows he's been given his marching orders.

The majority of middle America just don't get it and blindly follow their doofus leader.

Certainly, much muslims hates the west because of their foreign policy toward the islamic nations.middle east in particular
before analysing your question, why hatred if i may ask?the islamic civilisation, norms and values are critically different from that of the west, which the west wants to bestow by force into the
muslims nation, and islamic thoughts is to always remain supreme above all other worldly things made by man eg the constitution is totally contrary to the islamic thoughts; which only contains commands from god being propagated by his prophet, written as qur'an to serve as constitution for the muslims.
As a uk citzen that have the same ideology with the u.s,the journey will be interesting. u can side with u.s ,for now, instead of trying to be independent of u.s as you were before u.s emergence as superpower, so shall u.s come to pass as the u.k did, analyse histoty you will understand better .the alternative is try to struggle, define your ideology, instead of always wanting to be a follower of u.s
frankly speaking if the west policy would not be aggressive to the islamic countries ,what you call terrorism would not emerge.
