The brain is not part of the circulatory system........it's infact part of the nervous system.

The nervous system of an animal coordinates the activity of the muscles, monitors the organs, constructs and also stops input from the senses, and initiates actions as well.

The circulatory system consists of the heart, blood vessels, arteries, veins, capillaries, platelets and the plasma. It's basically is an organ system that moves substances to and from cells.
