Being angry or getting angry - is it Negative?
This topic affords a very lively discussion in any group.
Anger as such is both an asset and a liability when taken to or beyond logical ends.
It is an intense emotion when some times or at times, one loses control over self and wins an argument and loses the friendship, which he values most. Then starts regret and remorse.
Some other time, anger is an asset, the onset of which, keeps others in check and controls the situation by itself. Only thing is that it should not last long, enough to disturb the possessor.
Along the line, the group can also discuss "Short-temper" and its positives and negatives. How it is different from anger etc.,
