I couldnt tell you where that is but please dont get an oil change based on price. Just like anyhting else you will get what you pay for. Type of oil used, amount of things checked, type of workers. I can tell you that I own 3 lube centers and i am the most expensive in town. I am proud to admit it. I hire only the best people, drug test them pay great wages and runa full crew all the time so things dont get skiped out. My overhead is much higher than most and the funny thig is that I have people lined up all day. I get $30.95 for an oil chagne and do 70-75 cars a day with no complaints. Poeple know they are getting a good service and they know that if we do make a mistake we take responsibilty for it and fix it or pay to have it fixed. Doesnt really answer your question but just wanted you to think about it before you just look for the cheapest place.

Personally, I would stay away from oil change mills. They can do more damage than good if they're not careful, and they typically aren't too careful. I used to work in a NAPA store and sold TONS of repair drain plugs, mostly because of the local quick lube. Also, they tend to use inferior filters and cheap oil.

Your driveway. Then you don't have to worry about some monkey forgetting to tighten the drain plug.
